Structure: A Feminist Collective Governance Model

WWC operates a feminist board structured as a collective. That means we do things differently:

  • Shared power — no one voice dominates

  • Care-led governance — wellbeing and inclusion matter

  • Collaborative decision-making — we value dialogue over voting
